Ideal for preserving dried fruits, veggies, mushrooms, herbs, cereals, and similar foods. The desiccant capsule in the lid absorbs excess moisture, extending shelf life. The capsule, included with the product, can be reused. The jar is made of thick glass, with a stainless steel and plastic lid featuring a silicone seal. The glass jar is dishwasher safe, but avoid washing the lid in the dishwasher. Note: The desiccant capsule contains Silica gel (CAS No. 112926-00-8). It can be reactivated at up to 65°C. Do not consume the capsule's contents and store it away from children.
