This cuff has provenance!Although not signed it was among pieces in Virgil Cantini's workshop.I attended an auction of his estate and found this bangle in a box of his personal pieces. He was a listed artist and founded the Fine Arts Department at the University of Pittsburgh.There are wonderful large enamel Cantini pieces on display at Pitt.I believe this is bronze with golden enamel.The piece (if stretched all the way) out is 9 inches.Of course you wouldn't stretch it all the way out!It is a adjustable.
