Description : Utilisé traditionnellement en phytothérapie pour aider à soulager la dyspepsie et la gastrite ; comme expectorant ; comme tonique nutritif ; comme laxatif léger ; comme galactogogue pour aider à la production/sécrétion de lait. Ingrédient : 4.5g graine séchée de trigonella foenum-graecum (fenugrec). Mode d’emploi : 1 cuillère à thé (4.5g) de graine séchée, 3 fois par jour. Incorporer 1 cuillère à thé dans 1 tasse d’eau, amener à ébullition et mijoter à couvert pendant 15 minutes, filtrer ou incorporer 1 cuillère à thé dans 1 tasse d’eau froide pendant 3 heures, filtrer.
